Our Space
Located in a beautiful townhouse at 135 East 62nd Street between Park and Lexington Avenues, Fishtail by David Burke seats 120 people in a vibrant bi-level space that features a lively 16-seat bar and a 25-seat outdoor dining deck with a retractable roof. Paintings and prints from local artists and Burke's personal collection lend a whimsical feel to the space.
Fishtail offers the freshest seafood provided by Burke's company-owned fishing boat out of Brielle, New Jersey, the Hunts Point fish market and Litchfield Farms. As more people become aware of overfishing and environmentally destructive fishing methods, Burke and his executive chef Ed Cotton have crafted a menu that reflects Fishtail's sustainability goals and reinforces their belief in maintaining the integrity of each item on the plate.
